Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, visited CMH Peshawar to inquire about the health of injured Deputy Commissioner Kurram, Javed Mehsud, and other wounded individuals. He was accompanied by Pakistan People’s Party’s provincial president, Muhammad Ali Shah Bacha.
During the visit, the governor prayed for the speedy recovery of Javed Mehsud and others, praising Mehsud as a valuable asset to the province. He lauded officials who strive to resolve public issues and ensure the provision of facilities under challenging circumstances. Governor Kundi also met with injured soldiers, including Sipahi Nazar Abbas, Misal Khan, and Rizwan, extending his best wishes to them and their families. Additionally, he visited other army personnel undergoing treatment at the facility.
Meanwhile, the governor expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of two police personnel in Lakki Marwat. He acknowledged the sacrifices of security forces, particularly the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, in maintaining peace. Governor Kundi prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and patience for their families in this time of grief.
