Curfew Imposed in Upper and Lower South Waziristan on Saturday

South Waziristan (Ghag Report):

The administrations of Upper and Lower South Waziristan districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have announced the imposition of a curfew on Saturday, November 23. Separate notifications were issued by the deputy commissioners’ offices of both districts to implement the measure.

According to the notifications, the curfew has been imposed in response to requests from law enforcement agencies to ensure security in the region. In Upper South Waziristan, the curfew will be enforced in Ladha tehsil from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while in Lower South Waziristan, it will apply to Shakai tehsil from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The district administrations have urged the public to cooperate with security forces during the curfew and avoid unnecessary travel. These measures are intended to maintain law and order in the area.
