The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender in a case registered at the I-9 police station.
Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the ATC issued a written order in the case, stating that Ali Amin Gandapur has been declared a proclaimed offender and separated from the proceedings involving other accused individuals.
The court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for co-accused Raja Rashid Hafeez, Wasiq Qayyum, Raja Khurram Nawaz, Faisal Javed, and Umar Tanveer.
