Mahmood Khan Achakzai, the chief of Pakhtunkhwa MAP and an ally of the PTI, blasted the PTI yesterday for its disorganized political approach and asserted that discipline is necessary for bringing about a revolution and that such a revolution cannot be carried about in an unorganized manner. He added in his speech that voting is a means of bringing about change and not the slogans.
Following this speech, Ali Amin Gandapur, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, declared, “Mr. Achakzai’s perception of his ally must have been diminished.” Mahmood Khan Achakzai must have laughed in his heart as well as considered casting pearls before swine, given the Chief Minister’s challenge to the state to spill the blood of the workers and his formula for freeing his original chairman from prison.
It is well known that Mahmood Khan Achakzai is a staunch and serious leader, and even his detractors admire his approach to politics. What they want to take from that party and what they want to offer to that party is incomprehensible. There is cause for concern about his political expertise if he believes that he can accomplish anything by using PTI’s “creation” to challenge the establishment. Because based only on presumptions, no democratic struggle can be expected from the aforementioned party because its priorities are different.
Over time, Mahmud Khan Achakzai chooses to stake his years of hardships. He brought out the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister’s discipline in an open manner. This would have made Mr. Achakzai, aware of his motivations and the party he intended to “invest” in.
